Telephone, fax, and email support is included with the license for the first year after purchase. The so-called SMA (Service and Maintenance Agreement) may then be extended for an annual fee. In addition, project support can be provided on a contractual basis. Extended FEFLOW Support

The Extended FEFLOW Support accommodates to what you need. We have a large team of international specialist familiar with the entire workflow of groundwater modelling starting from model conceptualization, model construction, model calibration to uncertainty quantification and Monte Carlo methods. Our team can handle several topics of groundwater modelling including such as standard groundwater flow, mass transport, reactive transport, density-dependent transport, partially-saturated flow, heat transport, coupling surface water and groundwater (1D and 2D), etc. We can bring the know-how suitable for most of the market applications (mining, contaminant remediation, geothermics, etc.).

The extended support can be customized in different manners, either guiding you to the entire modelling workflow (e.g. tailored trainings), assisting you with the project consulting (entirely or partially) or offering you "out of the box" solutions (plug-ins and script developments).
